What To Expect
The first time you visit us, we will start by listening. We will collect your medical history and perform a physical exam. Then we will review imaging studies, labwork, medications, information about your past treatments, and detailed information about your pain. When did you first notice it? How often does it occur? Is it worse with certain activities? We may treat you on your first visit or we may need to gather more information with further testing. We want to be as thorough and precise as possible because every detail helps us make a better diagnosis, and thus form a better treatment plan. Our goal is to give you a clear plan with options available for treating your pain effectively.
What To Bring
Pain is subjective, and any information you have to describe your pain is important. Imaging, medications, supplements, as well as your health history will give us the most complete picture, speed up your diagnosis, and also reduce the need for further testing.

Dr. Lovett and her staff are wonderful at taking care of their patients. They listen to you and are are so kind and understanding. She spends time with you and listens carefully to what you explain about your pain. Her trigger point injections are dead on. She genuinely cares about her patients. She does not over medicate, but she does prescribe medications that actually work together. She also does nerve burns and steroid injections. I have gotten a lot of relief.
Dr. Lovett is one of the kindest, most caring doctors that I have ever encountered. Her staff is terrific and their empathy for people who deal with chronic pain makes it so much easier to deal with. She is an answer to prayer!
Dr. Lovett was listening 100% as we went through establishing my history. She asked great questions and provided the reasoning for medications prescribed. She also ordered an MRI, which no physician has done since my hip replacement revision in 2014. It made sense to me since I have chronic pain and cannot walk without support (cane or walked). I am feeling hopeful for the first time in a long while.

After your appointment, we will bill your insurance. Depending on your plan, you will be responsible for copay, deductible, or coinsurance. Copays are due at the time of service. Self-pay patients, please contact our office for current prices.
Appointments are determined by your physician and can range from every 1-3 months.
During your new patient consultation, you will be interviewed about your medical history and a pain assessment will be completed. Dr. Lovett will also review any diagnostic tests or imaging you have had performed and do a physical exam to incorporate a treatment plan that is tailored to you.
